What are your check-in and check-out polices?Check-in starts at 4:00pm. You will received a code before your stay for self check-in. Check-out time is 10:00am. Our cleaners come shortly after this to prepare the home for the next guest. You may request late check-out but it will depend on the cleaner's schedule that day whether we can accommodate.

Can I smoke or drink in the home?No smoking of any kind inside the home. Be responsible with alcohol in this home, we are not responsible for any injuries or harm related to drug or alcohol use.

Are there any cameras at the property?There are no cameras inside of the home. However, we do have a video doorbell camera on the front door and three floodlight cameras (driveway, side yard next to garage, and backyard with view of pool equipment area only).

Are parties allowed?There is zero tolerance for parties. We live in a residential neighborhood. If a party is reported we unfortunately will have to call local law enforcement and you will be evicted immediately without a refund. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please do not play loud music outside the home.

What is your cancelation policy?Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. All cancellations will be charged a $100 cancellation fee to cover the payment processor fee which we are charged for every booking. If you need to cancel within 7 days we will refund you for any portion we are able to rebook. We also highly recommend Traveler Insurance, which will allow you to cancel any time for any reason and get your money back. Some are much cheaper than you would expect, just Google Travel insurance and get a quote from a couple of the top sites.

My family and two others had a wonderful weekend staying at Haven in the Hills. The owners are very responsive, the house was easy to find, there is plenty of parking and it was available earlier for checking than expected. The labels for light switches and lots of other items were so helpful! There is so much to do at the house, we were never bored and neither were the kids. They really enjoyed all the games, watching movies and popping popcorn and we all took turns with a nice dip in the hot tub after going snow tubing and hiking. It was very helpful to have items stocked such as extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, seasonings, laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, Q-tips, floss picks, the list goes on and on! The house is so beautifully decorated and well appointed we felt right at home. We were able to have groceries delivered via Instacart and dinner the first night through DoorDash which is so convenient. Highly recommend!

Eric was such a kind and responsive host, and our family loved the place. Our family used all the amenities and had the best time enjoying the pool, hot tub, fire pit, movie room, game room, grill, and spending quality time around the huge tables. We had everything we needed for multiple families to have enough space, enjoy time together, and build amazing memories.
